Gary Craig Hoffman, Esq. is a founding partner at Hoffman and Pomerantz LLP, and operates weappear.com with Andrew Pomerantz.
Before founding Hoffman and Pomerantz, Gary practiced in the landlord/tenant and Bankruptcy field for over 20 years. He has tried thousands of unlawful detainer trials all over the state of California and currently does trial work for clients such as Federal National Mortgage Association, Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, Wells Fargo Bank, Bank of America, Citibank, and most major lenders involved in the Mortgage Servicing Industry. Gary regularly participates in and hosts seminars and writes articles on residential and commercial eviction practice and post-foreclosure eviction. In addition Gary is an active member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles and the California Mortgage Bankers Association and is constantly involved in training and coaching attorneys in trial techniques and demeanor.
In his free time, Gary enjoys spending time with wife of 29 years Wendy and their three beloved Boxer dogs Rose, Pearl and Buster. His love for dogs has led him to volunteer and become a member of the board of directors of Boxer Rescue L.A. and Take Me Home.tv; two very active animal rescue organizations. Gary also sings and plays guitar in different music groups and collects vintage guitars and amplifiers.
