If you have an Emergency and either need an Appearance covered or you are an Appearance Attorney and need to reach us immediately regarding an appearance, please follow the directions below. Please speak slowly and repeat your phone number 2 times.

If you are calling after business hours, please call our office and follow the prompt for the “emergency line” and leave a message with your name and contact number. By doing this, we are paged immediately and generally will respond within approximately 30 minutes.

Please note, that you are welcome to use this emergency line between 24/7; however, if you call the emergency line after 10:00 p.m. or before 6:00 a.m., you may not receive a call until the next morning. In this case, we recommend that you leave a message in our general mailbox at extension 205 and someone will call you back first thing in the morning to handle your request.
