Local counsel is obtained from many sources; resume, referral from other attorneys or law firms, state bar, networking functions, and the internet.

We conduct a phone interview with each local counsel, i.e. appearance attorney, by conducting a thorough screening, including specific areas of legal expertise.

We verify that the attorney is active with the respective state bar or agency and in good standing.
